CAO 4U is a company approved by AESA as a Part 145 Maintenance Organization. The scope of the Organization is for Non-Destructive Testing, scope D1. The approved methods in Non-Destructive Testing are for Penetrating Liquids, Magnetic Particles, Eddy Currents and Ultrasonic testing.

The Organization’s staff has been dedicated to Aeronautical Maintenance for years, both in aircraft, helicopters and components.

The production, Engineering and Quality area is led by personnel with more than 10 years of experience in the aeronautical sector, aircraft, components and in Non-Destructive Testing, knowing the needs of the client in this sector and in this activity.

As an EASA Part 145 approved Organization in Non-Destructive Testing, we have a Level 3 Responsible. The qualification of our level 3 Responsible was carried out by CECAEND in accordance with the UNE EN 4179 standard.

We have Level 3 in the methods of the organization, all qualified by CECAEND and following the guidelines of UNE EN 4179.

The technical personnel that carry out the inspections have more than 10 years of experience. Both in the military and civilian environment, they have carried out inspections in the methods of penetrating liquids, magnetic particles, eddy currents and ultrasonics in airplanes, helicopters and parts.

The technical staff has received both external and internal training, has extensive knowledge of the methods used in non-destructive testing, and has been qualified as Level 2 and certified in the methods in accordance with our procedures and UNE EN 4179.

We are highly experienced and qualified personnel to be able to offer the non-destructive testing service that your organization requires.
